Halloween is coming soon, and this year many of the usual activities have been cancelled. To help boost everyone's "spirits," thanks to Hae Sue for this great idea:

Highlands Halloween Parade on your street. To all Highland neighbors - Have a little parade on your street, cul de sac or with a few of your closest neighbors so the kids can still enjoy Halloween! The families can decide which street(s) to invite, decide if candy is going to be given out, or whatever suits you and your neighbors. Since it's a Saturday, you can start anytime you want!! Grown ups: wear your mask even if you have a costume!! 😉
