Station Area Plan Open House: May 18, 2022, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Virtual)

The Open House will be an opportunity for community members to learn more about the draft policies and development standards for future growth in the Station Area. At the Open House, the project team will introduce the following documents being considered for adoption later this spring:

Station Area Plan
Comprehensive Plan Amendments
Form-based Code and Zoning Amendments (Phase 1)
Design Guidelines

The Open House will prepare you to review the draft documents and participate in the legislative process by providing comments at the Planning Commission public hearing scheduled for June 9, 2022.
