Station Area Plan Phase 2 and Upcoming Meetings The City has begun work on Phase 2 of the Station Area Plan. The City is currently drafting regulations to implement a Form-based Code for Phase 2 districts within the Station Area, based on the vision, policies, and goals adopted with Phase 1 of the Station Area Plan. In Fall 2022, we will be discussing the draft code with the community and at public meetings of Planning Commission and City Council. Staff will be providing a summary of the decisions made in Phase 1 and an overview of the Phase 2 work plan at the upcoming public meetings listed below:
