The City of Kirkland is hosting a Zoom Q&A Session on Monday, November
1, 2021, at 6 pm, to address any questions we may have about the NE 85th
St Station Area Plan. The plan will determine things like building
height around the NE 85th St/405 interchange.

The station area plan proposal is separate from the DOT and Sound
Transit proposal to modify the NE 85th St/405 interchange (DOT owns the
interchange). The station area plan only addresses what will happen in
the area around the interchange, including things like zoning, and
pedestrian/bicycle connections to the interchange area.
