Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Agile product delivery, enterprise digital platforms, stakeholder management, and product strategy. The ideal candidate should have expertise in driving product vision, roadmap execution, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Gather customer feedback, market insights, and product analytics to drive product decisions
• Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments
• Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams on solution design and delivery planning
• Own product backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
• Drive build-test-learn experimentation and continuous product improvement initiatives
• Define and monitor KPIs, telemetry, adoption metrics, and operational success measures
• Ensure scalability, performance, resiliency, observability, and security requirements are addressed
• Lead release planning, production readiness, incident response expectations, and rollout activities
• Balance new feature development with technical debt reduction and modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with UX, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Coach and mentor product teams on Agile product management best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
• 12+ years of IT/Product Management experience
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments
• Proven expertise managing enterprise digital products across the SDLC
Preferred Qualifications:
• CSPO, SAFe POPM, or related Product Management certifications preferred
• Experience advocating for UX and design-driven product development
• Strong focus on process optimization, quality improvements, and operational efficiency
