Job Description

 

seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and developing high-performance backend services in a distributed environment.

 

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java/J2EE development
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Strong experience with JPA/Hibernate
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services
• Strong SQL and database design skills
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Retail domain experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications
• Build and support Microservices-based solutions
• Develop and integrate Kafka-based messaging solutions
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Participate in code reviews and performance optimization initiatives
