Subject: Re: Minyan INTA

Dear Jeffrey,

Due to the over-lap with Shavuot, I am not attending INTA and suspect that the same will be true of very many. Certainly those coming from Israel.

Some Israelis keep one day outside of Israel, but I firmly believe that everyone should keep two days outside and one day in Israel. Anyway, whilst appreciating that Reform keep one day, I suspect that most minyan keepers from abroad will keep two, and most from Israel will not want to fly at least until Sunday night. Consequently, I suspect that it won't be easy to get a minyan together.

I am more than happy to post to the KIPA group and on my blog and to suggest that you be the contact person, but won't be able to do more than that.

I wish you a successful conference and hope that the minyan works out.

Dear Michael,

I should be available some of the days, do you have a time frame and location?

My Dad (99) passed on May 3rd and I would like to say Kaddish as may be possible/practical.
