Hi everyone,
First of all, my apologies for not being on top of the meeting schedule for this month. I would like to suggest an impromptu meeting for either tomorrow December 16th at 5:30pm or Thursday December 18th at 5pm. Let me know which date/time works best for you.

Hi everyone,
I just realized that I did not send out an email finalizing the date for our Dec'14 meeting. Our Dec'14 meeting is today at 5pm at the grad club. We hang out upstairs near the couches (by the TV).
