Amtek Engineering Services is currently building a team of Junior Draftsperson (2 openings) and Junior Illustrator (1 openings.
Drafting services:
Must have a minimum of a secondary school graduate diploma/certificate.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Draftsperson.
Have a minimum of six (6) months of experience in computer aided design (CAD).
Have a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years creating, preparing, reviewing and correcting engineering documentation including Computer Aided Design (CAD) models and drawings of mechanical, electrical, and/or electro-mechanical systems relating to one or more of the following:
• avionics;
• stores management systems;
• aircraft; and/or
• aircraft mission kits and/or accessory systems.
Have a minimum of two (2) years demonstrated experience within the last five (5) years using e-mail, spreadsheet, presentation and document software applications.
Illustrator services:
Must have a minimum of a secondary school graduate diploma/certificate.
Must have a minimum of one (1) years of experience as an Illustrator.
Have a minimum of one (1) year demonstrated experience within the last five (5) years using Computer Aided Design image (CAD) manipulation and desktop publishing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign, or similar.
Have a minimum of two (2) years demonstrated experience within the last five (5) years using e-mail, spreadsheet, presentation and document software applications.
Job Titles: Junior Draftsperson and Illustrator (3 openings)
Location: ATESS, located at CFB Trenton, Trenton, Ontario. DND
Travel: May be required to travel outside the Quinte West region.
Security Clearance: Secret must be approved or granted by CISD/PWGSC.
