Experienced Project Leader required for long-term, contract opportunity in Kingston.
Mandatory Requirements:
University degree
More than 10 years of experience as a Project Leader / Senior Project Manager
Related experience with Canadian federal government
Tasks, Activities, Deliverables:
Prepare a Draft Options Analysis. The Draft Options Analysis will include, but not be limited to:
Review and report on current literature and practices that relate to mental resiliency;
Possible interviews with persons with relevant experience and knowledge of mental resiliency;
Options for the implementation of a R2MR Plan within organization, and
Prepare a Final Optional Analysis, incorporating comments from the Technical Authority.
Develop the curriculum based on feedback from the TA on the final Options Analysis
Implement key enablers of the program, to include, but not be limited to:
Training of cadre, and
Conduct a Pilot serial of the program
The following types of meetings may be required, at the discretion of the Technical Authority:
Kick-off Meeting. The kick-off meeting will provide an opportunity for the Resources and the Crown’s key personnel to meet. The Contractor must provide a summary of its planning for the completion of work and provision of services. This meeting will also provide the Resources and the Crown with an opportunity to seek clarification of any matters related to the Task.
Weekly Status Meetings. Meeting to discuss the status report and progress.
Ad-hoc Meetings. Ad-hoc meetings will be convened as necessary to address specific issues or risks as necessary.
