I recommend not using this internet provider, KOS.
They will raise their advertised monthly rate withing 3 months of you
becoming a client - They did mine to $46.95 + HST per month. Note that
their web site still advertizes $44.95 per month. They will also use
your credit card without authorization for the monthly fee. They
completely ignore phone messages and emails - including the two
owners.
When Visa intervened they answered by ramming the terms of service
down our throat, which they seem to change on-a-whim.
Service - seems to be down more than the big guys - at least you know
what you are getting with the latter.
