I like The Fascinating King's Gambit myself.

McDonald is pretty bad in that the author does not even play KG.
The King's Gambit as White is good too, but it suggests that one plays
3. Nf3 instead of 3. Bc4.

Personally I have found the 3. Bc4 variations to be much more
interesting.
I think it covers also Bc4 , Judith Polgar used many time this variation. hope it helps. had a win last night thanks to the KG :-)
