Good morning everyone.
I have a quick question regarding saving wrk on the my.hrw.com online site.
Is anyone else’s child having issues with their working saving BUT then when they go back in to finish it, it is not there?
Also, what browser are you using for my.hrw.com
Bailey is using Firefox and when she saves the work to go back and finish later, it shows it is saved but then when she goes back to finish it and pulls it up, it is not there and she has to redo all of it.
I have been on the phone this morning on hold back and fourth with my.hrw.com support trying to figure it out.
If anyone has any input, I would love it.

Lennon said saving it should not make her lose it but it has for him in the past as well. We use google chrome or edge. That has been what they recommended to him in the past. Seems to work best.
