Yes, from the plugin settings, you can set the maximum number of products that vendors can publish. This is a global setting that applies to all the vendors. On the contrary, if you want to limit the number of products by single vendors, you can use YITH WooCommerce Membership in order to create membership plans with different product limits and assign the plan to the related vendor.
