Core Mechanics

Hi Guys,

Now that I have a bit more time I have been doing some work on Kingdom
Gould again.

Attached is a very early draft of the core mechanics, it still needs
padding out with examples but can you give it the once over and let me
know if it makes sense or not?

Obviously as these are the core mechanics, everything else will depend
on these making sense.
