1) To preserve the dignity of drakkar and to curb cheaters, are you
willing to expand the sysop program? As Mars does a great job.. I feel
we need volunteers to pull shifts to cover most of the entire day.
A: We're pleased to introduce Infinity_SYSOP. Take it easy on the new
guy, please :-)
2) Are you open to the idea of recruiting extra development help? With
such a small playerbase and the work being volunteer based, I think
with programmers who have real jobs as programmers tend to have little
free time. So more developers are needed. It just seems like its more
work than 2 people who are working on free time can keep up with.
These are my biggest concerns, I think developers should be able to
concentrate on developing new features, content rather than doing
sysop work. I think with the expansion in both areas of volunteers
that we could see drakkar get more content to keep the players happy
and also.. someone available to help with any problems that arise
either from problem players or spammers, etc to keep the game fun for
all.
3) Drakkar charges premium prices compared to other online games, and
yet the service is much less than premium; glacial rate of
development, lack of response in forums. If the game is ever to
recover and even grow,either the charges need to decrease or the
service needs to increase. Are either of those courses in the works?
(one of the big reasons I don't play atm)
4) Game content
A) when can we expect the promised 80 exp and skill40?
b) could we get more info on NL GDH SDC SDH maybe a separate forum for
just information for ones who have been in every area here more like
cob cc and gh? Is there gonna be a place to make checks here instead
of going all the way to nork... (I like simple)
c) can we expect more story telling and development of nl bdc sdc sdh
Seems it started that way now i am not sure if was an accident.
d) can caps be adjusted to co-inside with exp gains? maybe turn down
exp gains so skill gains are close to equal?
e) How about more areas that can be like thieves area solo-able. and
of course more content story development.

of prosperity with more subscriptions leading to greater income,
further development and ultimately more profits. So would Brad
consider changing the way drakkar is run by investing in professional

a)As an aside it is also my opinion that questions of game content,
bugs, tutorials etc come secondary to the changing of the business
model. These changes may well be needed but are not drastic enough to
increase player base. Yes easier tutorials may make the odd player
stay, but these days the community is so small that any new player is
usually tutored through by a dedicated player.
