I'm inclined to agree on Artifact items. I don't like it when large
events occur, where large numbers of players take character damage and
only a few are rewarded. Everyone should get some sort of appropriate
reward. That doesn't mean something special cannot be awarded.
One of the things I struggle with atm are how to automate item
distribution. Measuring player participation can be difficult. Just
because they pop in and die 1 time, should they get same reward if
they then go and wait for the monster to be defeated to claim their
prize vs. those who return time and again to help out?
