Dear Darlene,
Please, forward this note together with my previous email to the BOD.
.....We are in deep trouble,  if monthly maintenance and assessments keep rising on the residents in good standing, pretty soon we also will not be able to pay either.   As it is our monthly Assoc. dues are way too high.    Thank you

From the Sun-Sentinel. This shows how, instead of raising assessments on the homeowners in good standing, some condo associations are instead more aggressively pursuing deadbeat owners and foreclosing on units that are past due on their rent.

I am watching the BoD meeting - I understand they all want us to look at the delinquent list and add up that money to match this bad debt.  I need to point out that those numbers are inflated - they include late fees and other "fluff."  Not actual bad debt.

Just saying - the actual numbers are much lower.

Very well said I agree. Action must be taken soleley on thos in bad standing. Tell them to sell their apt or do something. There must be something the gov can do to help out the condos or something has to be figured out.

It doesn't matter I oppose. Sell the apt and make up for it.

Anyone know how many foreclosures there are in the building now? I heard there are a lot.
