I also oppose the increase in parking of 10 dollars. The king cole is ridiculously charging our friends 5.00 for parking why should we pay more for parking? I think its time the king cole started decreasing charges instead of increasing. I have been here 25 years and counting and not once have I seen a decrease in anything. Only increases. This is ridiculous.

How is it that the king cole has yet to get a cable or stellite and make our cable cheaper or pay the same and give back to the king cole. How is it that we do not have one wireless internet for the entire king cole and each of us only pay 5.00 per month for this service or pay 10.00 per month and it also goes back to the king cole. I think spending and savings needs to be diverted elsewhere than chargin is a fortune to live in this building. We can rent in beautiful new places on the beach for the maintenance we are paying.

Well all these things should be adjusted. We should be paying people less if the situatios is bad until things get better. If they don't want they can leave. Many people are looking for jobs.

It would be nice to have an accounting on how the last million dollar assessment was spent. I've requested that information many times. Usually I get no response. It seems to be very top secret for some reason. I guess we're supposed  to be like children & do what we're told & ask no questions.
