Like many parental control systems, McAfee offers a scheduling grid that lets you schedule permitted times for internet access. However, it remains the most awkward implementation of this feature that I've encountered. You can't drag a rectangle to, say, block from midnight to six every morning of the week. You can only drag within one day's column. The grid is so tall that you can only select about seven hours at a time, and it doesn't auto-scroll when you hit the edge. This feature could be so much easier to use! The kids can't fool it by resetting the system clock, but, as the product warns, a kid with Administrator access could get around it by tweaking the time zone.
I recently lost my android and i didnt have any service time on the phone but would still connect to wifi. I had the mcafee security app installed and can access the app online. It wont let me make any changes or anything since the phone doesnt have any data.The site said that they could lock it when the phone connects to a server. Would that mean if the phone connects to a wifi network, they would then have access to the phone? Location is active since no current data plan. So basically im waiting for the phone to connect to something. If anyone has any ideas that would help me try to lock or reset my phone with the situation im in now, i would appreciate it!

The latter only has an allocated capacity of 1GB while the latter has double that at 2GB. Obviously, greater capacity lets you back-up more of your files online.
