Final Challange

Good Afternoon Kilo Flight,
Alright ya'll this is it. The final chance to show what we are training for and a final chance to beat Oscar Flight. However we have a lot of things we need to accomplish this week to be ready to compete and win.
1st --- Final Feedback
Make sure to arrive on time and in the correct uniform for the Final Feedback with C/Capt Cruz. Make sure to be professional and courteous. Remember to Report in correctly. C/Cruz will be making sure that the proper procedures are preformed. Try to get as much information as possible. Learn what your strengths and weaknesses are and try to improve on them to become a better cadet, wingman, leader, and follower.
2nd --- Flight Make-Up Assignment
We have been failing as a flight. Therefore C/Capt Cruz has assigned us another project to complete. This new assignment is a Background paper. C/Ochoa has stepped up and has begun to lead this project. C/Ochoa keep up the good work and continue to lead this project. Everyone I want ya'll to send C/Ochoa your background paper by WED 1800 as was stated before. C/Ochoa make sure that you get all the papers turned in alphabetically by 1100 on Friday.
3rd --- Academics and Knowledge
This is what we have been learning all of our knowledge for, and the POC know this and will test us constantly. We all need to make sure that we have everything memorized. The Academics officer is C/Guion. She is the officer: THIS DOES NOT MEAN SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO NEEDS TO KNOW THE KNOWLEDGE. C/Guion, please contact the cadets to make sure they are studying. Send her any questions you have about Knowledge.
4th --- Standardization
This is very important. The practical application of this saves hundreds. If everyone keeps their ammo in a certain pocket when they need to get some from someone else they know where to look. We need to be standardized this week to show that we are working as a team. C/Xu is the Flight Stando. C/Xu I expect that the flight be standardized BEFORE we start LLAB. Flight, BEFORE WE START LLAB, make sure to check each other and that everyone is standardized. Work together and check everyone.
5th --- Motivation
This is going to be a Mental and Physical test. Because of this everyone needs to come prepared to help motivate each other. This includes jodies when were running or even telling someone that they are almost done and that they need to push a little farther. Now you don't necessarily need to memorize a Jodie. C/Soung has used the Fresh Prince of Belair theme song before and other songs can be used too. Just make sure you push people to give their absolute best. \
6th --- LLAB
LLAB will start at 1310. MAKE SURE TO BE THERE. This can be accomplished by working together. If someone is done, look around to see if you can help anyone fill their water, tie their shoes, etc. Make sure to look out for each other.
7th --- Drill
The POC will ask us all of the drill they have taught us. This can include ORI, road guards. The flight Drill and Ceremonies cadet is C/Hwang. Please send out links to any and all drill. We need to have perfect drill as we will be traveling across the campus. We want to show the public that we are professionals.
Alright Kilo Flight. I know that is a lot of information but this is the big day. It is a chance to show ALL the POC that they WANT to serve beside us. That we have what it takes to be an officer in the Worlds Greatest Air Force. We all need to work together. No single person can succeed by themselves. This is an all for one and one for all situation. Think about your fellow cadets. They are your friends and your peers. Don't let each other fail. Make sure that they are the best they can be. Listen to each other and help each other. Think as a team player. If you see someone struggling suggest slowing down. If you need to adjust odds are so does someone else. If you need water other people do to. Make sure to think of EVERYONE.
