For the office symbol in your signature block please just put "ABC" (without the quotation marks)

Rank and Name should appear like this: C/4C Last name (only first letter of your last name capitalized)

Organization for signature block: AFROTC Det 085

I can't urge you enough to take a look at the Tongue and Quill. Most mistakes I have seen is spacing and signature block. Both are shown on pg. 233 and it is very helpful.
