Flight assignment

Good Evening Kilo Flight,

C/Capt Cruz did not approve the talking paper. However, he did ask us to write a back ground paper on the same subject (why it is important to be good wingman to each other and the importance of working together as a flight). I will attach the Tongue and Quill where you can find the proper format of a Back ground paper ( starting on pg. 215). If you will not be there on Friday please contact your wingman and ask if they can turn it in for you. If they cannot contact me asap. Please have this done NLT 1800 Wednesday so it can be looked over and returned.  Also below is what C/Capt Cruz sent me.  Lets make him proud Kilo Flight. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask.

 Negative.  I will allow you all to write a Background Paper, which must meet the following conditions:

1) There be ZERO formatting, grammar, or spelling mistakes. 

2) It be completely standardized, other than content.  

3) It every cadets (if someone will not be there, Kilo Flight needs to figure it out) turned into my box in alphabetical order NLT 1100 on Friday. 

If any single Background Paper does not meet those requirement, all of them fail to meet them. 

I will not appreciate if Kilo Flight wastes my and your time by handing in mediocre Background Papers.
