Flight-assignment Standardization

Good Afternoon Kilo Flight,

As the Standardization Cadet I would like the flight-memo standardized. However, I feel that a lot of the returning AS-100(s) have been taking charge lately. I am not saying all of the second semester cadets haven't been taking charge, but I am specifically speaking to the quite ones. If you haven't been in charge or feel you have been timid this entire semester and would like to take charge of the standardization, please contact me as soon as possible. As a flight our job isn't to flourish individually, but as a flight! We are about to become AS-200(s)... All of us are. So we need to make sure ALL our cadets in Kilo flight are stepping up to the plate! This is a great time to take charge and prove you have what it takes not only to become a AS-200, but an Air Force officer. Thank you for your time.
