How to set api-key and api-secret in a new Kill Bill instance running with MySQL server

I'm running a newly installed Kill Bill instance with Kaui.

I can't figure out what's my current api-key/secret.

Moreover I can't login into the Kaui web console using default credentials admin/password.

Can anybody please help me with this?

The very first step is to create a tenant in Kill Bill from Kaui (the tenant credentials are the api key and secret, typically bob/lazar in our documentation).

Take a look at this section of the Getting Started guide: http://docs.killbill.io/latest/getting_started.html#kaui.
