Error while communicating with the Kill Bill server: Kill Bill has not been configured to update the time

I am using following docker-compose file to run killbill,

When I go to http://IP:9090/admin, following screen is being displayed

After clicking on SUBMIT or RESET  I am getting following screen,



When I checked logs I am able to see following trace,

To update the clock, you need to start Kill Bill with KILLBILL_SERVER_TEST_MODE=true
