How to auto debit for recurring billing payment

Hello,

I am using stripe plugin for accepting payments for different plans for my products.

How can I enable auto debit from the saved payment methods for any account?

Currently on the BCD a new invoice is generated and user is asked to subscribe again.

Hi Priyabrata,

The invoice that is generated is for which period? The one that has passed OR the upcoming one. Also, when the user subscribes again, it does not generate any invoice at that time? Could you please share your catalog.

Hi Karan,

The invoice is generated after the monthly billing period. The one that has passed. We don't want the user to subscribe again (This use case works) , we want

user to subscribe once for monthly or annual plan and it should auto debit on the next BCD.

Hi Priyabrata

Ideally the invoice should trigger automatic payment against the default payment method for the account as mentioned here for example GoCardless plugin https://docs.killbill.io/latest/payment_plugin#purchase_payment. Could you please refer to the above tutorial and confirm that all setup looks good at your end.
