Issue with Adyen Payment Failure on Default Second Payment Method

Hi Kill Bill Team,

I'm encountering an issue with Adyen as a payment plugin in Kill Bill and would appreciate your help.

When I have only one Adyen payment method attached to an account, everything works as expected — payments are processed successfully.

However, the issue arises when I:

1. Add a second Adyen payment method to the same account.

2. Set this second payment method as the default.

After doing this, any attempt to make a payment fails. The payment status shows as "PAYMENT_FAILURE". I’ve confirmed that the second payment method is valid and correctly configured.

Hi Marco,

So from the initial screenshots that you provided, you set Gpay as your 1st method and Card as the 2nd method, the Ggpay payment was success but the card payment failed. 

Also, with card as 1st method and Gpay as the 2nd method, the Gpay one fails? Is there an error in this scenario also, like the card where it says invalid card. 

So effectively, irrespective of the type of payment method, the second method invariably fails.

Yes, that’s correct the second payment method always fails regardless of the type used.

Also, I had raised another issue a few months ago regarding the GCash payment method, but I haven’t received a solution yet. In that case, the error occurs at the final stage, where it says “invalid card.”
