Hello all,

Imagine the business situation that my customer is churning and I need to retain him. I can offer a recurrent discount of 3x of -10 USD per month so he can stay. Is that possible? How can I give customer a recurrent credit or a recurrent discount without moving the current Plan?

Hi Tiago,

While this is not a built-in feature, it should be fairly easy to achieve this in an invoice plugin (the plugin could add a CREDIT_ADJ of $10 every month, for 3 months).

Hope this helps,

Thanks for reply Pierre.
This is ready to use on the plug-in or Do I need to code something? Is there any step by step to perform it ?

Hi Tiago,

I don't know of any open-source plugin readily available which does this, but we have a step-by-step tutorial on how to start with plugin development here: https://docs.killbill.io/latest/plugin_development.html

Hope this helps!
