Deployement on Tomcat error

Hi,
I just downloaded the server.war then I have added the following line for connection with mysql to to catalina.properties :
# Kill Bill properties
org.killbill.dao.url=jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/killbill
org.killbill.dao.user=root
org.killbill.dao.password=root
ANTLR_USE_DIRECT_CLASS_LOADING=true
but when I run the following command java -jar server.war, it show the following screen : https://www.dropbox.com/s/o7th272swfecbaf/ss.png?dl=0
I tried to use some method, but it always return :
Response Body
no content
Can you please help
