Kilim now officially enables support for JDK 7+ with stackmap support (using ASM 4.x). There's no change in usage or API.

I've also arbitrarily (and finally!) upgraded the version number 1.0, since the code's been stable for a while.

An awesome milestone thanks for your continued support of kilim. Love rocking jdk 7 in our product with kilim at its core.

Great news!

We took a gamble going with Kilim. Looks like it is working out well.

Thank you Sriram for an awesome creation and your continued support.

And well done Jason and the team for realising the vision.

What can be done to fund the support and popularise the use of Kilim?

You are most welcome! I'm glad it worked out well for you.

Do blog about your architecture and post on Hacker News and Reddit. Write about both the good and the difficult parts of using Kilim. I have no problem if Kilim dies a natural death because of superior alternatives (in Java), but it'd be a shame if it is useful and died due to a lack of exposure.
