Error connecting to the server

Hi,

When I try to access my contact list by using Kigoo Login window after
providing username and password for my Gmail account, it shows erro as
below:

Error conntecting to the server.

Please help to solve.

Hi Seeni,

Check your network connection.
If the connection is not the problem we need to know:

What operative system do you have, Outlook version and the error
description reported in Event Viewer (Start -> Run and fill with
"eventvwr") .
