Hello everyone,

I use Outlook 2003.
After installing Kigoo, its folder ("Kigoo") doesn't appear in my
folder list in outlook.

I have followed the user manual for the installation and attempted to
add the Folder (See below the extract)

"If you don"t see the last screen, you must add the KiGoo Data File to
Outlook following these steps:
a., b., c., d."

But when I clic on the button "Add", the line "KiGoo Message Store"
does not exist. I have only "Kayxo Insight"

FYI: My whole folder "documents and settings" is in a drive "d:" and
the folder "Program Files" is in the main drive "c:"

Thank you for your help.

The easiest way to add the KiGoo data file is re-importing the
configuration.
Close Outlook
Go to Windows "Start" button, select Run, in order to open command
line, type cmd in the open box then select OK.
In the command line window type "cd \" (without the double quotes),
then press "Enter"
Assuming that KiGoo is installed in the default path (c:\Program Files
\Kigoo), type "cd Program Files\Kigoo\Configuration" (without the
double quotes) then press "Enter"
Then type: ImportExportTool.exe -import -pst "KiGooConfig.pst" -
cleanconffolder -storename "KiGoo" then press "Enter"
Open Outlook, it should show a root folder called KiGoo, please check
that you can authenticate with your Google account and after that,
that the default calendar is retrieved.

Thank you for your help, but it is still not good.

I have the following message :
Import:
file: C:\Program Files\KiGoo\Configuration\KiGooConfig.pst
noCreateFolders: 0
noRemovePst: 0
clean: 1
clearFolders: 0
profile: Using default
storeName: KiGoo
configFolder: Using default (QSConfig)
rename: 0
replacements:
storeHomePage: NULL
folderEmptyConfigurationHomePage: NULL
folderInvalidConfigurationHomePage: NULL
noLicenseAvailableHomePage: NULL
There was an error in the importation

Just a reminder: my configuration Outlook is store in a different
drive from the program file. May be is it the cause?

Hi,

When you installed KiGoo, did you have administrator privileges?.
If the answer is "yes" please, check in the registry if the
InstallPath key exist.
For it:
1- Go to Windows "Start" button, select Run, in order to open command
line
2- Type "regedit" in the open box then select OK.
3- Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Kayxo\Insight"
