Hello AM

I am running Vista
My connection is OK
My Outlook version is 12.0.6316.5000
The event log shows no errors
I am able to log on to my Gmail Account with no problem

What operative system do you have, Outlook version and the error
description reported in Event Viewer (Start -> Run and fill with
"eventvwr") .

Hi

When you say that “log on with Gmail Account with no problem”, it is
from Google site or using log in KiGoo window?
Other possibility is a known bug with the user account that uses
special characters in the password like “%,&, etc” or the use of the a
Google Apps account -> both fixed in the next KiGoo version.

Where do we download the fixed version? I am experiencing this issue
with my Google Apps account.

I see this same problem. Using WinXP, outlook 2003, just downloaded
KiGoo tonight and it gives a "KiGoo Login" box, "Error connecting to
the server" after entering my username and password and pressing the
"Sign In" button. This is a new google account I created tonight that
is failing. When I try to connect to my other gmail account that I
created over a year ago, it signs in just fine. Seems the issue has
something to do with the gmail account end, although I have failed to
find any settings in gmail that allow KiGoo to get in. I also tried
another sync application with this new gmail account that failed as
well.

Seems like Google API is having problems to authenticate newest
accounts.

We are researching this topic in order to solve it.

Dear users,

We have found what we think is the problem.

When a new account is created, you have to visit the google calendar
interface in order to create the calendar associated with the account.
Without this step, Google API returns connection error because there
is no calendar associated with the account.
