I have installed and re-installed kiGoo 3 times. Same issue. Outlook
2007. After install and launching Outlook, I get the GMAIL sign-in box
and I have a folder, with 3 sub-folders labeled KiGoo. I have a
'empty' contacts folder labled Contacts in KiGoo. I can not add
anything to that folder.

I have NO calendar subfolder, asided from the originals. I have NO
KiGoo menu item.

Thats it. No data exchange with Google contacts or calendar. Any
ideas?? I am willing to send some time troubleshooting your product,
so give me starting point.

Hi:

First of all, let us know your operative system characteristics and MS
Outlook Version and Service Packs.

We also need to know the KiGoo version you are installing, because we
had some trouble with a previous version related to some changes made
by Google in their APIs.

Then we will be able to go further and have then an accurate
installation.

Best Regards,
Support Team.

from your site yesterday.

Hi:

Please inform us if in your event viewer there is any description (to
do this type in Start -> run: “eventvwr” and go to windows logs –>
Application and see if “Quantum System” is displayed in Source column,
if there is some entrance, please copy and paste in an email the
information).

Best Regards,
Support Team.
