Kigoo will not install

Hi,

I went through the install procedure with Outlook 2003 that has a
hosted BES running and cannot install Kigoo. The install says it was
successful, but there is no way to access the store and there is no
indication that Kigoo has been installed except that the c;/
programfiles/kigoo files are on the hard drive. I also have a gmail
client working fine on Outlook.

Yes, I have admin privileges. Any suggestions?

Hi:

Please try doing the following to import the store:

Steps:
a. Import the message store: Go to Start – All Programs – Accessories
– Run
b. Type: cmd
c. If KiGoo was installed in default path, type: cd c:\Program Files
\KiGoo\Configuration
d. Then, type (no copy): ImportExportTool –import –pst
KIGooConfig2003.pst –storename “KiGoo”
