Kigali Ultimate,
As we discussed briefly last night, the 7 Hills Classic Frisbee Tournament is in Kampala on September 13 and 14th. We’re hoping to join with Eamon in South Sudan to form a team. Please let me know if you are interested. Some estimated costs and travel / accommodation details are copied below for your reference. Eamon or Queenie (both copied) may have more suggestions / information
The club has limited availability to sponsor Rwandans and cover their travel (bus) and per diem (food and motos). Godfrey and Moses are putting together a list of anybody who would like sponsorship. Contact them if you’re interested. We’ll figure out how many we can cover and then select based on who plays most often. The club can only sponsor people 18 years or older, so our apologies to anybody below that age (you can go in the future).
Best regards,
Nathan

Visa:
Single entry visa for Americans is $50. No visa required for Rwandans.
Hotel:
Many people would find places to stay with friends or with Ugandan players.
I’m not sure where the tournament is this year, but assuming it is at the same place as last year, here’s what we found for hotels nearby:
The Lodge (
http://www.kampalalodge.com/) is $50 for single, $60 for double. Very near the International School of Uganda where the tournament was last year (dollar via taxi, 5-10 minutes).
Lindsay Cottages (
http://lindsay-cottages.com/) is more expensive (prices not on website). Looks about 500m from last year’s field (10-15 minute walk).
You could stay anywhere in Kampala and taxi to the field. The Saturday party last year was downtown, but the field was out on the road to Entebbe (where the airport is located), so we chose to stay near the field.
