Instant Magician.

Having seen Ken Scott perform this effect on his excellent DVD "Making
the Birthday Dough", I was going to buy the Kevin James
version,however,alot of other Magicians,have statedthat they would not
feel comfortable performing this effect,because of the closeness
between the magicianand the child when performing the effect,and in
this day and age,I can see where they are coming from,however if
performed as it should be,there I can not see their being any major
problem,once again,what are your thoughts on this?

Hi Chubby,

This point is raised on the video that comes with with the effect. It
is a fair one but the reality, I think, is that this is just a
fantastic comedy routine although it comes down to what you feel
comfortable with.

I really believe that no client would have a problem with this effect
being performed, and I do not know of any example of someone raising an
objection to this effect afterwards. It is just a great, magical, fun
routine that has made its way into the repertiore of many professionals
worldwide.
