Hey folks,
For those who don't know me, I'm Katie Proctor, I've been heading Kidical Mass in Portland since Oct. 2010.
I am giving a talk this Saturday at the CycloFemme Women and Biking Summit at the Portland Art Museum's Cyclopedia exhibit. It is titled "Kidical Mass"- so it's about us!
I would love to share some of YOUR stories about what Kidical Mass has meant in your family biking journeys, and to share pictures as well!
I will, of course, credit all images and words (unless you ask me not to, in which case I won't.)
I'll be putting together my slides on Thursday (no minute like the last minute); so I need materials by Wednesday night.
I am excited to get to share our adventures with a (hopefully) new audience and spread the family biking love among the Portland Art Museum set. :)
The flyer for the weekend's event is attached. And if you're wondering, "Why is Kidical Mass in the Past? We're the FUTURE, baby!" Well, you're right. But I have to go hear Neil Gaiman read at 3, so that's the way the scheduling worked out. Looking forward to seeing your smiling faces!
