Kidical Massers,

This Google group is a great list for all Kidical Mass riders and organizers from around the world to share their rides, ideas, thoughts, and questions.  

For the Eugene Kidical Mass group we've decided to start a new email list separate from this list so that we can send out emails specific to Eugene and people can subscribe to just that one if they want to only hear about Eugene KM.  We'll be setting that up soon and will post it here.

We're also thinking of some other changes to the Eugene rides for the coming year.  We're thinking about keeping the rides on Saturdays at 3pm for the whole season.  The friday evening rides seem tough to scramble to for some families and it falls around dinner time too.  We're also planning to branch out to more of the city, having the ride start at various parks throughout town so more folks can ride their from their homes.  We'll announce which park and whatever the "theme" for that month is in advance of the ride (via the Eugene Kidical Mass List noted above).  What do you think?!  Sound like a good idea to you?  What is working with other cities?

Join this month’s Kidical Mass ride on Saturday, January 16th at 3:00 p.m. at Monroe Park. We’ll ride west to meet with the Street Skills for Families class that will be coming from McCornack and then return to McCornack for a free soup snack and a performance by the McCornack Unicycle Club!
