Kidical Mass: ride on April 24th and survey

Greetings! Thanks to those of you who participated in the February or March Kidical Mass ride, a fun, family-friendly and safe bike ride for kids and their parents.

Please save the date for the next Kidical Mass ride:

DATE:  Saturday April 24th
TIME: 12 noon
STARTING LOCATION: Albany Memorial Park; 1235 Portland Ave
ENDING LOCATION: Berkeley's Earth Day event at Martin Luther King Park in downtown Berkeley; there will be tons of food, entertainment, and earth-friendly activities. This is an easy 3-mile route.

Kidical Mass Planning Survey: We would like to figure out how to make this ride a sustainable (and fun) event, and would love to hear your comments, especially if you have participated in one or both of the past two rides. Please take this very brief survey and send it directly to me:

1) How would you like to structure Kidical Masses? Should they all be held in the same time/day, and same location each month? Or different times and locations?

2) Would you be willing to commit to leading one of the rides this year?

3) Do you have any feedback from the last two rides?

Kidical Mass Planning Meeting: In addition to this survey, we will be meeting to discuss future Kidical Mass rides. The meeting with be held on Wednesday, April 14th at 9:30 a.m. at Au Coquelet Cafe (2000 University Ave in Berkeley).  Please come if you are interested in helping us promote family-friendly bike rides!
