CRB, Heath and safty risk assesment, public Liablity, PAT test

Isn't it getting crazy that there are som many different things as
performers we have to worry about, you have to have PL so you are safe
but you are not covered is you avent done your risk assement, you cant
have te job if you dont have a crb check if if you have the job you
have to make sure your equipment is pat tested because if its not its
against heath and safty, are we going crazy
