Monday night is Ladies night at Lions Club Trail!! Meet at 5:30pm at the trailhead in Lions Club Park, Rolla. We plan to ride 2 laps of the 3.4 mile course at a very easy pace. Recommend tall socks and bug spray..a few patches with tall weeds. Although I rode 2 laps Sat night with no ticks, still be prepared!
