Austin Lindy Exchange is here! It may have Lindy in the name but there
will be plenty of blues all weekend long.
There will be no Kick Butt Blues on Friday night this week. However,
there will be a special FREE blues dance at Kick Butt TONIGHT from
12:30-3:00am, following the weekly Austin Swing Syndicate dance. DJs
will be Rachel ‘DJ BluRay’ Jordan, and special guests Jerry Warwick
and Jonathan Pechon.
If you haven’t registered for ALX, don’t worry – you can pay for the
weekend dances a la carte. Full pricing and details about the weekend,
including excursions during the day, can be found at

And here is the part of the message where I treat you to something
random:
Not Necessarily Figures of Speech:
“Avoid diseases like the plague.”
“We’ll be painting the barn till the cows come home.”
“We’re selling off Spice Girls merchandise like it’s going out of
style.”
