However, app building cannot be proceeded according to the manual in manual3.2.2.

Since the field for clicking app in manual3.2.2 (3) does not appear, it is in a state where Build cannot be performed and subsequent steps cannot be performed.
When manual3.2.2 is completed, will the APK file be created?

When manual3.2.2 is all completed, Build is completed and the creation of the APK that can be uploaded to the simulation is completed.
Currently, it is said to be (3), but I would like you to download it again according to the procedure from the beginning again.
Be careful of skipping steps or setting version differences.
For example, in the Android project in section 3.1 of the manual, you need to install without updating.

In addition, if the same event occurs when the procedure is performed exactly according to the procedure, it is highly likely that the problem is unique to the user environment.
As a result, you will have to respond on your own.
The following are possible responses.
・ Try on another PC
・ Implement on Ubuntu
JAXA has confirmed that there is no problem with implementation on Windows, but Ubuntu is recommended because environment-specific problems are less likely to occur than Windows.
I think that it will work if you have it implemented on Ubuntu.
