update operator and helm if using make to deploy operator

If you use the make infrastructure to deploy Kiali via the operator (e.g. "make operator-create") then please git pull the lastest master of both the operator repo and the helm-chart repo.

This is due to the PRs merged for issue: https://github.com/kiali/kiali/issues/3489 - you can read that to learn more about it (in short, we can now enable an ansible profiler in the operator).
