Dear Colleagues,

Three different journals reported problems with uploading manuscripts/files to their respective OJS journals. It has been passed on to Nason as being urgent, and we hope this issue will be resolved soon.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,
Ina

Dear all,

We are happy to report that the issue has been resolved, and you and your users should now be able to continue working as usual. Nason identified the problem, which was caused by the iThenticate plugin (https://github.com/pkp/plagiarism). Since we do not use this plugin as part of our workflow, he has disabled it for now.

Everything should be working fine now, but please let me know if you experience any further difficulties.

A big thank you to Nason for the time and effort spent resolving this matter!

With kind regards,
Ina
