Hello Ina,

Following on from previous communication, I’m writing to remind you about our scheduled downtime between 21:00 UTC 8th July 2025 to 21:00 UTC 9th July 2025.

Crossref DOIs will continue to resolve and the REST API will be available, but all our other tools and services will be unavailable during this window

If you attempt to make a metadata deposit, you’ll receive a 500 unavailable error message, and you will need to retry when these services are back online. We will not be able to store or queue attempted metadata deposits or updates made during the downtime

You can keep up-to-date with the progress on our
status page

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Best wishes,

Sara Bowman
