Kho-Kho TAship

Hello everyone,
We are back  from  long time but this time there is good news for all of us .
Institute Sport council have agreed for the TAship proposal .
Following is the format :
1. There will be "at most" two member of team will be selected as TA for whole year (in our case TA for kho-kho ).
2. They have to conduct training for enthusiastic Kho-Kho players at least 2 days a week  (will be scheduled according with TAs, mostly at most 1.5 hour)
3, TAs will be given stipend from sports council as a compensation (it will be around 3000 Rs  per month)
4. In the odd semester, when outdoor sports cannot be conducted, it is pointless to have TAs. TAship  will run  only in the even semester.
5. In the odd sem, the same TA applicant will serve as a student NSO mentor, helping in the NSO conduction, and simultaneously getting the hang of teaching the sport and This  will also help the coaches decide who is fit to be a TA and so forth.
6.The applicant can be a 3rdie and above ( finished 2nd year) or M.Tech(any year)or PhD(any year) student.
7.in coming semester mentor will not paid but they have to work as Mentor .
8.You cannot be a TA unless you have first served as an NSO mentor.
Plus, there will be certis for mentors.
We are looking at multiple mentors, even for sports with single TAs.
9. Certis will be given at  the end of academic year .
