How to create email domain by using google!

Dear Everybody,

I would like to ask about how to create email by using Domain.

I bought a domain, now I want to create by using this domain name.

Ex: Website: global003.com

I want to create email: in...@global003.com.

How can I create this email by using google not webmail.

If you have any idea, please kindly to share me.
